Morrocco

With an area spanning 446,300 km2, Morocco is bordered by Algeria to the east, Western Sahara to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and the Mediterranean Sea to the north.

From a geographical standpoint, the Atlas Mountains with peaks reaching more than 4,000 m define Morocco’s landscapes and climate. Towards the coast, the climate is Mediterranean, and towards the east of the mountain range the desert influence prevails.

Its capital is Rabat and the most populated city is Casablanca, the country’s main port.

The climate is dry, with maximum temperatures around 30°C (86°F).
